I came upon this while I was walking back to work from lunch.
I didn't actually see how it happened, because I was too far away, but I saw the person on the ground afterward. People were saying then that it was a child; I couldn't tell.
I'm still a little freaked out.
Now that I've heard the stories of other folks in the area, I feel like a jerk. Here I am complaining about losing power for a few hours, and some people still don't have heat.
On the bright side, the people I was worried about seem to be all right.
Monday: 70s and sunny.
Thursday: 30s and snowing.
WTF?
